Finally, a chain that still cuts super and is safe for all users, whether you're a younger adult or someone older than most of the trees growing in the woods. I have this chain in stock, and it is approved for insurance requirements. I feared the worst in this new chain and recalled the old-style safety chains that pushed the saw out of the cut when cutting longer than the bar, but I was amazed at this chain. I could plunge this chain into a tree at any angle and push up or down, and it just kept boring with no vibration and no kick-back. I even cut an opening in a wood floor, cutting overhead with no problem or jerking kickback. This will be my choice for roughing out chainsaw sculptures where I need to bore and remove big chunks.
